1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and philbet. By creating a philbet account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.
philbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, philbet will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3 Eligibility
To use the philbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the service:

4 Account Registration and Verification
To access real-money games and services on philbet, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information throughout the term of your registration.
One Account Rule: Each individual may maintain only one active philbet account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. philbet employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and balances may be forfeited.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You will be required to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID — and such additional documentation as philbet may reasonably require. 5 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on philbet are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). philbet supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, PESONet, and cryptocurrency, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
Deposits: All deposits are processed through your philbet account wallet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed at the time of deposit. philbet does not accept deposits from accounts held in the name of third parties. Deposits made from joint accounts must be made by the registered account holder.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible, subject to applicable limits. philbet reserves the right to request verification of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours for fully verified accounts; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. philbet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
Chargebacks and Reversals: Any attempted chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute filed against a philbet deposit through a payment provider may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
philbet offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP-exclusive rewards. All promotions are governed by these general Terms as well as specific promotion terms published at the time of each offer.
- Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from deposited real-money funds. The order in which real-money funds and bonus funds are used in wagering may vary and will be specified in individual promotion terms.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified per promotion.
- Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means — including use of multiple accounts, use of bonus funds across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will be voided and associated accounts suspended.
- philbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, shared computer, and payment method.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play
All games offered on philbet are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and are subject to independent Random Number Generator (RNG) certification. Game results are determined by certified randomization processes that philbet does not control once a game is in play.
Each game on philbet is governed by the specific rules published within that game's interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the information displayed in a game and the game provider's server-side records, the server-side record shall be considered authoritative.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philbet Platform:
- Registering if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or circumventing any Philippine laws or PAGCOR regulations.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the philbet Platform without prior written authorization.
- Exploiting errors, system glitches, or misconfigured game settings to derive unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from demonstrable system errors will be voided.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication with philbet staff or other players via any channel.
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any philbet content — including but not limited to game assets, graphics, software, or text — without express written authorization.

9 Responsible Gaming
philbet is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must be treated as such — it is not a strategy for generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
philbet provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered Players within their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount that may be deposited within the selected period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time notifications at defined intervals.

philbet enforces the 21+ age restriction as a legal requirement. If philbet becomes aware that a person under 21 has accessed the Platform, their account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
philbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete required KYC identity verification within a reasonable period following request.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the registered Player.
- Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the philbet 24/7 support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within one business day of receiving a confirmed request.
11 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the philbet Platform — including but not limited to the philbet brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and all other content — are the exclusive property of philbet or its licensors.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any philbet intellectual property without express prior written consent.
Game content is licensed to philbet by third-party suppliers and remains the intellectual property of the respective supplier. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of game content may constitute infringement of the relevant supplier's intellectual property rights.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, philbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their philbet account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
philbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if philbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
philbet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. philbet will not be liable for losses sustained during periods of Platform unavailability except where such unavailability is due to philbet's proven gross negligence.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by philbet's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13 Privacy and Data Protection
philbet's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the philbet Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an account on philbet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, and the provision of responsible gaming services.
philbet is subject to the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and processes personal data in accordance with its provisions. Players may exercise their data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of their personal data — by contacting philbet through the details provided in Section 15 below.
14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and philbet, Players are encouraged to contact the philbet support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution. philbet will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint fairly and promptly, typically within five (5) business days of receiving a complete complaint.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, Players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in its capacity as the regulatory authority governing philbet's operations. The existence of a PAGCOR escalation pathway is one of the key protections afforded to Players on a regulated platform such as philbet.
Subject to the foregoing, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.
